I think Keisha may be either a male or a hermie.... either one is fucking detrimental to me.... I spent the night goggling and looking at pictures and thinking "WHY ME!!!!!"

Keisha who is the he/she in question is my biggest plant, I expected a lot of bud from her traitorous ass... FUCK I am like really pissed.

Week 1 Flowering Kiwi Skunk complete

This here is Kima and she is LST'ing her way to budding up a storm at the conclusion of day 7 of flowering. She had a real rough start but she is responding very well to the Tiger Bloom nutrients I gave her today. I need to stop playing with myself and get big bloom, but we shall see...

This is actually a random kush seed I started with a friend of mine. She came to fruition about 2 weeks ago, but my thought process was not wanting to have her lag behind Kima, Kiesha and Pam. When Pam started having problems, she swooped in to take her place during flowering.

My pride and joy, Keisha. She is budding along like a champ and it's hard to see but she has like four tops as ready to bud. I have her LST'ing so I don't have to raise the lights.

I found mushrooms in my soil. What the hell?!?!

Day 4 of Flowering

Right now I've got my girls on 12/12 with about 6 soft white lights and 8 daylight CFL's. I'm slowly transitioning to all soft white because it works better with the flowering schedule. Here are random pics of My girls and I also added a new comer who was about 3 weeks into veg from outside. She is a little under developed and I don't know what kind of yield to expect but I shall see

This is Keisha looking bountiful and ready for flowering and to the right, it's Kima looking sick as hell. I still don't know what's going on with her at all, she is completely looking fatigued and after feeding, flushing and feeding with straight water she is still looking bad.

I've LST'd Pam to hopefully encourage some growth from the FIMMING I did before, I'm seeing where the new tops come in and I have made up my mind to start flowering tommorow.

I just re potted Kima in a 2 gallon smart pot and I see now that I should've went with 7 gallons. Those things are tiny and I still can't believe it's 2 Gallons!

Here are my girls on day 32 looking pretty cool. I took them out for watering and decided on a few update pics. I was tying the new growth down with wire but now I feel like I might encourage the top and let them stretch a little bit.

Kiesha is the beast of the group and she is at least 10 days ahead of the Kiwi Skunk. She has shown her sex to me and is ready for flowering. I'm gonna let her get a few inches taller and then put her in 12/12 lighting.

This is Kima and she is looking nice, I started LST'ing her and I'm going to let her get taller.

This is Pam, one of my 3 Kiwi Skunks. I'd say in about 2 weeks or less she will be ready to flower herself. She looks runty because of her thirty days of life, she hasn't been under CFL lights as long as her other sisters.

These are a couple of pictures of my girls now. I have 3 plants under 286 watts of power in an 18/6 cycle. Right now I'm feeling the effects of this master kush and it is crazy. I can't imagine growing this stuff. It is like very powerful. I've been smoking all day and I'm feeling it all through out my body.

Many people don't have the ability to grow outdoors because of many factors and indoor growing becomes a very viable option. There are many options in lighting but one of the most cost effective ways is by using CFL lights. CFL lights are inexpensive and can also produce the light needed for both vegetative and flowering growth.

I talk to a lot of people about growing and it always seems to have some sort of mythical aura to it. It think you need all sorts of expensive stuff to grow but with some creativity and a little bit of work, you can build your own system and grow.

Here is an example of a pretty nice grow box using light strips and cfl lights.

I prefer CFL lights myself because of the relatively low cost of use and the fact that they don't put out the heat of other lighting types.

Here's my 286 watt CFL setup, and the great thing about the cabinet for the lights is that they allow many more to be placed strategically and I can slide the lights to accommodate growth.

9 x 26 w daylight cfl
2 x 25 w soft white cfl
18 hours of daylight and 6 hours of darkness to promote vegetative growth.

The only thing I'm missing is a fan to get those stems nice and strong!

Since the video I've tweaked the lighting placement and have used the lights most effectively and now they are more efficient and hitting the plants a lot better.

I went to amsterdam and like a fool spent most of my allowance on exotic kush and the skunkiest of the skunk... So I bought my seeds on the ass end of my trip... no matter because since I'm an growing outdoors stupid variety isn't what I really want... Or is it.. either way I came back with 5 Kiwi Skunk seeds...

Kiwi skunk is supposed to be from New Zealand and from what I've read on the net, it's gotten pretty sweet reviews.

I planted 4 of the kiwi and one bagseed wonder straight to ground in some good organic miracle grow soil, heavily laced with perlite on the 17th of April

On the 21st I had three of the kiwi pop with a %75 germination rate.

I moved them all into their permanent housing and I have them getting a full 10 hours of sun!

This is gonna be a beautiful summer.

I just got a Canon rebel and it is the shit!

This is my girl here and she is budding like a champ, she's leaning because I lst'd her and now she's got a hump in her back. She's almost ripe and succulent, I felt like R.Kelly when I was taking these shots I cannot wait till I harvest.

I know you guys haven't seen her since she was a little girl, but damn, she growed up for reals! She is so sticky and just touching the buds will leave your fingers smelling quite pungent.

I had it all wrong for tryna get macro shot... I realized, I've got a pretty decent 28-80mm lens and I was trying to get all up in the plant when I just needed to step off!

How to grow with Samson.

I planted six of my little future girls (hopefully)!
This is a post showing you beginners how to get started with a little garden of your own

I've been saving the seeds from good stuff I had smoked in the past, remember the seeds you want to use are going to be tiger striped with brown and black stripes, and they will be able to withstand pressure from a pinch. I've saved rare kush, purp and chronic seeds, but I just don't know if they made it into the seed bank or were left in the pocket!

Take two paper towels and soak run water over them until they are soaking wet. Wring them out until damp and fold them over twice. Put the seeds in second fold and put them in a ziplock bag. I luckily live somewhere hot and muggy so I can just put them outside, but you would want to have the ziplock bag somewhere warm.

Check on them everynow and then by opening the ziplock to circulate the air in there.

When you see the seeds pop open and a little sprout pop out you are ready to plant. Very carefully plant the seeds sprout down by poking a hole in the soil with the tip of a pencil or pen.

Water and put in the sun and just wait for nature to take it's course.

Stop that train.

I'm really salivating at the growth of these buds... Well not really salivating, I just can't wait for them to mature so I can start the curing and manicuring process. These shots are just me fucking around with the macro on my cam. What you are looking at is multiple bud sites that grow on the stem. Come harvest, I will cut the branches of the main plant, cut the fan leaves and then hang the branches with the bud on them upside down in a well ventilated space to allow the bud to fully dry.

I haven't even realized how big and scrong Kelly has gotten... I mean, her main stem is so thick and she has so many new sprouts coming up. Since she started LST before the rest of the girls, she has bnenefitted from it the most.

Bey has been on a loop. She was the tallest had a shit ton of growth on her and she was a pretty green. After I fucked up the transplant into her new organic home. She has been back on the road to recovery.

Michelle is the only one still in her original home. But when it comes transfer time for her, I'll be ready this time.

Kelly is undergoing Low Stress Training which allows new parts of the plant to get light and promote more grow sites which in turn lead to bigger buds. Google it if you really wanna know more. I'm still learning with this and hopefully through trial and error we'll be alright. More pics after the jump

I killed off the next batch of young'uns with my negligence and favoritism towards destinys child! The four young gals were coming along pretty nicely and since the Georgia sun has been beami g steadily for the past week or so, I though "what the hell, all the sun will be good for them". But in my stupidity I neglected to water them. So. I come home after a day at work and I see four withered and dead plants.

R.I.P. Girls, y'all will be missed and your spirits will live on through beyonce, Kelly, michele, and Latoya.

Speaking of DC they are coming along very strong even though it seems like Latoya wants to lean to the left a lil bit. Oh yeah y'all they smell now! They've got a little weedy odor when I put my nose close. It's cute now but I know when they're like 6 feet tall and dripping with bud and THC, it won't be so cute.

Latoya is just doing her own thing.. Last night I brought her in and treated her to a night of CFL (Compact Flourescent Lights) I only gave her 52 watts and I've read they need at least 100watts to grow.
So the new class is coming on strong... Out of the six I planted last monday four of them have sprouted. Here they are...

Head of the class.. and head of the tray too. Growing like a freaking champ.

From reading info on the net I've seen that people who grow bag seeds (like me) the weed can be better than what you got it from. When I get a little more cash flow, I might move one of these bad boys in for the night and give them about 100 watts of CFL for 24 hours a day.

Beyonce/#3

She is growing clear over her peers and outshining them all
growth wise, I also see the second shoot of pot shaped leaves coming
up too. I read somewhere that if the second set of pot leaves grow
kind of offset then you've got a girl fa sho! My bey bey is all
woman!

Kelly/#1 is doing good also after moving into her own pot and enjoying
her space she's really coming into her own right about now. She just
needs to get from under beyonce's shadow and get her own space

Michelle/#2 is bent from the pressure of being in such a talented
group of ladies, I mean literally bent, I also saw some ants on her
too, so j new to get a Popsicle stick in there to hold her up. Bit she
is growing despite that...

Latoya Lucket/#4 She is struggling on her own. She is growing steadily but very very slowly and
I hope that her shyness in growth is due to increased potency :) (she
could be the kush seed!) no real problems from her but I'll keep an
eye on her.

It's really sucking for the cultivation of marijuana on Georgia right
about now... It's been rain for the past three days and looking at
the forecast for the coming week, it looks like rainstorms all
fucking week!

A sprout popped up, I planted the freshman class on Monday and I see
this today!Nothing yet from the rest of the class, it looks like someones going
to the head of the class!

I'm getting like super ansy about the countdown or whatever.. So I took the rest of my 'bag seeds' and planted them on monday. I know I should be germinating them and stuff...but what the hell. Anyways these seeds are from some pretty high mids and I think like two of them are from some kushy I bought. I'm using miracle grow for my grows even though I read it's not too good to use. While I was messing with the soil and stuff I saw a fucking scorpion x spider! Fucking George Bush and his secret experiments!

I'm starting them in these tray type things so that when they get to a certain height, they'll be real easy to transplant into newer bigger homes!

Here's a little update of my babies..

I'm noticing what I think might be some yellowing # 2 and 3 and I'm getting scared like a first time parent with a child with a fever. I know that the runt (#4) of the bunch needs to be moved to bigger surroundings cause I think that her soil is too shallow. Actually all of them need to be moved to bigger pots but I'm gonna have to research that before I undertake that, You know.

I've been checking everyday this week for growth and on friday when I saw a sprout I almost jizzed in my pants. Not really but I felt great! Out of 6 seeds planted, only 4 sprouted. I'm kind of impatient about waiting for things like this and I even considered digging the plants up to see if the seeds sprouted.

No need for that now.

I started them all of in this kind of long tray type thing. It's good for starting them off but I will have to transport them soon so they aren't fighting and competeting for nuttrients and goodies to survive.

Anyways here's the pics...

I'll call her "number 1" until I think of a name for her...I'll call you 2 then... "number 2" is actually the beast of the family. He's towering over the rest.

and you'll be 3 of course. "number 3" is right behind "number 2" in terms of size and shit, he's pretty big and he looks at "number 2" as if to say, "I'm on your ass sea bass and I'm gonna grow big and strong and you'll be sorry!"

It's 12pm and I have planted the seeds. It kind of sucks that it has been raining for the past week and stuff. I remember the days when I was just sitting in the back burning it down and actually had to put on my keffiyah it was so hot!

Anyways I digress.

Believe it or not I love horticulture as much as I like whores...not actual like whores..

but whores as in loose women....

This is my second time growing. My first crop was just a random seed that grew to a pretty huge plant without my supervision. So I guess you can call this my first grow. I'm gonna do it completely outdoors and I really hope whatever I plant comes to fruitition.

But I'm planting some seeds I've got from some 'dank' I got. I've got about 8 more seeds and I'll put some more pics up and shit laters. But now I'm not gonna germinate them because I don't feel like doing that. I'm mixing Miracle Grow soil with what's already out there in the pots. I'm planting 6 seeds and I hope for the best.
